Think of a famous movie of the last 10 years that featured an on-screen romance between two fairly popular Hollywood stars. then combine the two stars' first names, in either order, separated by the word "loves". i.e., "mattlovesclaire".

Now add two digits. Try common combos, like 69, 55, 99 or try likely birth-year combos.

Then e-mail the names plus the number at @ a free e-mail provider. i.e., "mattlovesclaire69@hotmail.com" Tell them you think their e-mail address is funky, or gay, or whatever you call people (and things). You should send each e-mail address an individual e-mail; no cc'ing a list of addresses all at once. Score yourself according to this formula:

bounceback: -1 pt.
no reply & no bounceback: +2 pts.
reply from address owner: +5 pts.

Allow one week for replies/bouncebacks before scoring that e-mail. You should, of course, score yourself appropriately for anything happening after the 1-week mark.
